- (d) Credit files & history: Under the FCRA, records obtained from credit reporting bureaus and your files.
- (e) Internet activity: Collected automatically if you browse our websites or access client portals.
- (f) Geolocation data: Acquired from process servers or court databases.
- (g) Recordings: Audio records of calls made during telephone conversations with our offices.
- (h) Professional and employment information: Obtained from creditors, skip trace sources, or credit reporting agencies.
- (i) Educational details: Obtained from creditors, credit reporting agencies, or skip trace databases.
2. Sharing & Sales Disclosure
All the information that is collected will be used for our firm's attorneys and local counsel relationships to provide, offer, and manage services based on your comments and request. Creditor Strike Legal PLLC does not and will not sell your personal information.
3. Consumer Rights & Deletion Requests
The CCPA grants California consumers the right to request deletion of collected personal information, subject to certain exceptions. Creditor Strike Legal PLLC operates in accordance with professional legal records retention policies and complies with all state regulations.
